22-11-1998	A new section called "The Bulletin Board" has been added. This section is for putting up messages for others to view. The idea was given to me by Mukund, so that anyone could put up details for Job Offers here. Besides putting up Job Offer detials, you can put up general purpose messages. Messages are automatically deleted after 60 days.
